Construction and equipping of a new 25,000 SF facility for Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA), a renowned non-profit known for its intensive academic, arts, music, sports, and community engagement programs for low-income youth and their families.  Located in a city park, the Arts, Enrichment and Recreation Center allows HOLA to serve 60% more youth annually.  Nearly 100% of HOLA attendees graduate high school and 85% graduate college.
