Rehabilitation of an existing building and buildout of adjacent space into performance, education, and social service space for arts non-profits.  The 27,000 SF project includes a career center, support service space, a black box theatre, an art gallery, performance spaces, program space for an arts-focused public high school, and office space for non-profits. With this project, Entertainment Community Fund, a leading national arts non-profit, will serve over 15,000 patrons and program participants annually, while helping to preserve space for the arts and artists in Hollywood.
