Construction of a new 25,000 SF community service facility that includes an FQHC, a mental health clinic, an alternative high school, afterschool activities, entrepreneurial programs, early childhood education, a commercial kitchen, food justice programs, and community/event spaces. The sponsor, White Center Community Development Association, is a community-based non-profit that worked for over 10 years to bring this project to fruition.
