Acquisition and rehabilitation of an 11.2 acre site into an education and workforce training campus for a trusted non-profit that serves farmworkers and low-income people in California’s Central Valley. The project included FIELD’s headquarters, a charter school for adults, a career technical education campus with 9 job training programs, a commercial kitchen, and dormitories.

Financing closed: $12 million in Federal NMTCs
