Campus Acquisition & Upgrade

Acquisition and rehabilitation of a 7.05 acre high school campus for a high performing Cristo Rey Catholic school in Watts. The project included property acquisition, a new Student Center and Corporate Work Study building, and improved athletic facilities. Verbum Dei Jesuit High School is a long-time non-profit that provides its students with strong academics, on-the-job training, and a focus on character and giving back.

Financing closed: $16 million in Federal NMTCs
