Aromas Facility Expansion

Expansion of a manufacturing facility into a 4-building, 105,000 SF campus for Fireclay Tile, a premier tile manufacturer and retailer. The campus now includes production, storage, headquarters, training, and showroom space.  With this project, Fireclay Tile was able to increase its production capacity by at least 3X and create 200 new jobs, all of which offer a living wage and comprehensive benefits.

Financing closed: $23.5 million in Federal NMTCs
