Replacement of refrigeration and boiler equipment in a 140,000 SF pie manufacturing facility. With this project, Jessie Lord Bakery, one of the largest pie manufacturers in the US, was able to reduce its operating costs and environmental impact while maintaining product quality and quantity. Cutting costs has allowed management to reinvest in the business which produces over 25 million pies per year.
